Step-by-Step Guide
- Log in to [Mednise]
- Go to: https://appointment.mednise.com/doctor/doctor_login
- Enter your credentials and log in.
- Go to: https://appointment.mednise.com/appointment
- Click “Create Meeting or Zoom Login” from the appointment menu. (After account linkage you have to return to the Appointment tab in the doctor's panel to create and send the date and time of that meeting through Email to the patient)
- If you have already "created the meeting" Then just click "Join Meeting".
- You’ll be redirected to the Zoom OAuth authorization page.
- Sign into your Zoom account if prompted.
- Review the permissions and click Authorize.
- After authorization, you will be redirected back to your account dashboard on Mednise, and Zoom will be successfully connected.
Using the App
Once Zoom is connected, you can use the following features:
🗓 Schedule a Zoom Meeting
- Go to the "Meetings" page: https://appointment.mednise.com/appointment
1. The client has already scheduled a meeting through client’s portal.
2. The client will receive an email with the zoom link.
3. The client will join the meeting through the link.
👀 View Upcoming Meetings
· Navigate to https://appointment.mednise.com/appointment
· You’ll see all scheduled Zoom meetings with details and a “Join” button.
📝 Edit or Cancel Meetings
· Click on a meeting from your list.
· Choose “Edit” to update details or “Delete” to cancel the Zoom meeting.
🔄 Reconnect Zoom (if token expires)
· If you get a “Zoom token expired” error, go to your Zoom integration settings and reconnect Zoom by clicking Reauthorize.
Removing the App
To remove the Mednise integration from your Zoom account:

1. Log in to your Zoom account: https://zoom.us/signin
2. Go to the Zoom App Marketplace
3. Click Manage from the top menu.
4. Go to Added Apps
5. Find and select the Mednise app.
6. Click Remove.
